Smart X is a next-generation hotel room smartphone system that transforms the guest experience at the Nuwa Hotel. We designed and developed both the in-room smartphone software and the server system that integrates with the hotel’s existing infrastructure.
The in-room smartphone software, built on embedded Android with OS customization, provides guests with a tailored experience. They can control their room environment, access hotel services, enjoy entertainment options, and manage their personal preferences through the intuitive interface.
A dedicated server system seamlessly integrates with the hotel’s Property Management System (PMS), Point of Sale (POS), and Guest Relationship Management (CRM). This integration enables real-time data exchange, allowing for personalized recommendations, automated check-in/out, and efficient communication between guests and staff.
